a really touching and powerful film, and it brought me to tears several time, and i couldn't help but admire the spunk of the girl, and also of her father, and from his desire to connect with her, against the odds, against the laws...
things i didn't like: i hated that they sexualized the 13 year old girl. not to say she wasn't sexual just by nature of her age, but they purposefully made her into more of a sex object than they had to, especially with the shower scene - entirely unnecessary, gratuitous and teasing. i also hate that they made her have a subtle mini-pseudo-romance with her father's 20-something male friend. i think this sends the wrong message to kids, and they know kids are hungry for this kind of info and fantasy, and as such that it sells movies - shame on the movie-makers. put it this way, if that character was a 13 year old boy, they would never dare or even consider doing the things they did with the girl character. also, i didn't like how they "subtly" played up the sexual tension between the father and the daughter, such as having him run around in his jockey underwear - entirely unnecessary.
last gripe: much of the acting, especially in the first third of the film,... so fake! the father's girlfriend was poor, and girl often came across as utterly unreal, and much of the dialogue was badly written. the father, jeff daniels, however, carried the show, and was strong from beginning to end.

Wow. Why didn't I know about this when the kids were little? I followed all the steps religiously and now I have a beautiful, tidy and clean house. My husband even asked me what had happened? He had given up with my piles of stuff in the corners of the rooms. "I know exactly where everything is!" I used to truthfully say, but I wasn't happy with it. Now I still know where everything is, but it's where it should be and my house is a delight. I am getting real pleasure from walking about just looking around. Can't recommend this enough to all confirmed and potential messies.

Comment on Keurig B60 Special Edition Gourmet Single-Cup Home-Brewing System by Michael

I just bought an "Elite B40" brewer from Sears.
At $100+ dollars, I'd expect better.

First the positive:

It's easy to clean- easy to use - brews a decent cup of coffee (not like a quality drip brewer though) - the controls are easy and there are tons of coffees available at a reasonable price (factoring in the convenience of the k-cups)...

Now the negative:

Due to a poorly designed pump mechanism, the noise this machine makes is truly unbelievable!!! It vibrates the whole counter and everything on it. It sounds like a DeWalt Hammer Drill, or for those potential customers who don't know what a hammer drill sounds like... it sounds like a cheap, handheld air compressor or like the air compressor at a gas station. No exaggeration! This thing will actually dance around the counter for the few seconds it takes to load the water into the heat chamber!
I make my coffee in the morning around 5am. This vibration can literally be felt around the house and it wakes everyone up. I had to move the B40 to the garage so I wouldn't disturb people sleeping! Keurig Engineers obviously live alone or are hard of hearing to have designed such a noisy appliance! It's actually embarrassing to use when company is visiting and I end up using the good'ol (quiet) drip maker! We bought a Black & Decker Home Café pod machine which is similar to the B40, except it is very quiet and much smaller. It uses pods similar to the B40, but the coffee is weaker.

The other draw back is it's size... It's almost as large as my Rotisserie Jr. It's also made entirely out of plastic, for $100+ dollars, I'd expect this thing to have some stainless steel on it!

I could tell as soon as I picked this dvd up that something was broken inside. When I opened it I found that the little piece that holds the dvd in place was broken and the dvd was just sliding all around in the case. The dvd is scratched up pretty bad but I have not tried playing it yet. Anyone else that handled that dvd would have heard that something was moving around inside the case and that is not a good sign.

Just finished drinking my first batch made with Mr Beer and am very please with everything. The process was simple, low costing, and great tasting! I feel like I'm learning a lot about the brewing process and have bought a lot more malt extracts to keep myself busy for at least a year! I definitely recommend to anyone who's even a little interested in brewing their own beer.

I am not picky about my coffee. But these coffee taste nothing like coffee at all. You know the kind of good
feeling you get after you drink a cup of coffee. I tried all kinds of flavor that this brand sells, none of them taste like real coffee. It is very noisy and all the coffee that you must buy are way too expensive. At one point the machine got so noisy I called customer service, needles to say they told me that it is normal and ignore my request for a replacement or service. Since the coffee was so expensive, at one point I used some coupon code to buy their coffee, but they erased my order without letting me know and it is all because they did not like it that I was using a 20% off coupon. The site took the coupon, but quietly took the order out without telling me.

I guess some(if not most) of the good review from Amazon was written by people who works at the Keurig.
Don't believe them, I wish I believed the negative reviews before I purchase this product.

If that kid screamed one more time, I really might have had to hurt him. I truly didn't like this movie - but it's just me. I don't care for The Three Stooges, either, and this was just like one of their skits: gag after gag after gag. But that's not all that bugged me. I like Robin Williams and his gags, but there's a message behind his films. A point. A moral. Home Alone was just plain stupid. Kids, yeah, kids would like it, but I can't imagine a thinking, intelligent adult deigning to spend an evening watching this hogwash.

I had to watch this so many times b4 and it got kinda boring, but it was ok the 1st time, It seemed kinda long though. Its about a young girl who raises some ducklings and her journey to fly them away when they are grown.

I have always had great luck ordering them from Amazon and recommend them to friends and relatives who are looking for a great bargain. I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent customer service and bargains to match.
